Cultuurnetwerk Nederland and CANON Cultuurcel Vlaanderen have, at the request of the Flemish Ministry of Education and the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, organised the international conference 'SEE, I SEE WHY!': Cultural education Innovation, Creativity and Youth (CICY).
The conference was on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 March in Brussels, the administrative capital of the European Union.
