Goal & Target group

Goal

It is the explicit goal that the conference would create synergised information, develop targeted activities and help focus the policy debate on current European themes..

Target group

The following participated, by invitation, in the conference:

  1. Cultural and educational civil servants in European member states (+ Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Turkey) + 1 extra per policy area, to be indicated by the respective ministers
  2. Members of the OMC Working Group
  3. Members of the ACE network
  4. Guests of European organisations, European networks, European Commission and Eurydice (associated with national policy)
  5. Speakers and specialists (who are participants in sessions/lectures that they do not provide themselves)

The aim was to achieve a Europe-wide representation.
